Initial impressions: * the packaging: durable case with zippers that is polyester [I advocate materials that are environmentally stable, ex cotton instead of a material that can "outlive" us for centuries] * The fleece process has created a soft, durable material that insulates the warmth [synthetic! Label indicates, "with approved chemicals"] * the sizing is fitting! [this can be difficult to create a size for the variety of body sizes] * Pockets that are secured with YKK zippers! * the dye is important! ENSURE TO USE DYES THAT HAVE BEEN DERIVED FROM PLANTS [ECOLOGICAL]. Artificial color synthetically made in laboratories damage the skin with "micro tears;" being amplified with moisture. The skin is our defense to the world. Pigments derived from plants are sustainable. * the battery pack that is slim came charged, & is inserted into a pocket inside the jacket that is directly to the side if the body so there is no interference when moving! [PLUS!] * the temperature when highest is warm in the chest and back! Jacket in use in temperatures freezing, & below. * came with charger however is using older technology, USB A instead of the universal USB C. * the YKK zippers are nice for SAFTEY, knowing I may be able to remove in an emergency [Fire]. UPDATE: I had spoke with Mike in ORORO of a size change & the jacket sent over!

The quality is good, it comes with a nice bag and the portable charger that powers the jacket is reasonable quality as well. It has a good amount of pockets and features like a velcro hood that can detach and draw strings at the bottom to keep the heat in. The heating works as you would expect, it's simple to use and the battery lasts as advertised. The one issue with this jacket is the sizing. I would want it to be a little longer in the torso and the sleeves are pretty long. The sleeves are fine for me because I have longer arms but if I were to size up and get a large the sleeves would most likely be too long.

Well this is a excellent jacket. I’m a slim male 5ft 11. 130 pounds and the medium size fits really well the material is good you can wear a turtle neck shirt with this and it does the trick in cold weather and wind . You have to allow for a somewhat tight fit to allow the heating elements to touch your. Body but I really think it’s like heated car seats keep it on medium heat until you get used to it and you will be fine don’t go straight to high heat if your wearing a turtle neck sweater. You won’t need it. But this came with all the packaging even a small nice carry on bag. Chargers. Adapters for. Uk outlets etc... for the buck you can not get a nicer. Jacket I. I’m getting another one for my wife . I see they have it in white color how cool is that while being in the snow outside. . A lot of people don’t each know that this is the jacket to buy they are still buying norface and Helly Hanson I have them also payed a great deal of Money for them and the can’t compare. At ALL. really !.. so. Pick up one of these jackets before they run out of them and everybody starts to get on the ban wagon . Again can say say Enuff. About this jacket but it. Is great in every way style fit color and functionality.
