I like this coat. It’s warm, nice looking and was a good value BUT the zipper in giving me fits. It’s a double zipper and the top zipper is slightly different than the bottom so it makes it very hard to line up and zip up. The coat is long on me so bending over and carefully lining up zippers and trying more than once to zip the coat is infuriating and makes me feel like a three old. The zipper is so hard to get up. Considering sending back as it is takes 10 tries to get it to move. Coat is great but doesn't work when you can't zip it up!

I love this coat. It's beautiful, great quality. Extremely warm (haven't actually worn it outside but I can tell). I ordered a large and think I'll send back for a medium. I'm not sure if I'm a medium or large these days. I'd say it's true to side. It does look kinda bulky (see pictures) but that's the style coat. I can't emphasize enough how warm it is. ... show more
