I've had an HP Envy 4502 computer printer for many, many years with no problems EXCEPT now no one carries printer cartridges anymore, at least not in my area. So, I got online and checked out 2 different sites. The 1st site had them, but they were so expensive that it would have been cheaper for me to buy a whole new printer! Then, I checked out Amazon and of course they had them at a good price. I scarfed two of those puppies up right away. They were delivered within 2 days and work just like the ones I've always used. Go with the manufacturers original equipment cartridge for reliability, but paying through the nose and these cartridges just don't seem to last like they used to. Shrinkflation?
