    • Seems okay...
Weight: 1.0 Pounds
It passed the water test and the vinegar test. I can't test any further than that, so I don't know for certain that it doesn't contain something that crude testing won't reveal. They say they test for metals, but that doesn't mean they test for other things; something can be cut with starch and still qualify as "organic", and not all toxic dyes contain heavy metals. Taste is okay; a bit strong and it can leave a strong chalky/metallic aftertaste, which is why I did the vinegar test (no chalk bubbles, but there could be something else). It looks and tastes more like Alleppey than Madras. That's good if it's true, but I don't trust a supplier that doesn't know enough about the product to point out the difference. I think I'll go back to McCormick after I finish this bag. Too many unknowns with this company and I never got an answer from them about testing. Edit: The McCormick culinary turmeric didn't pass the water test and was not as potent as this brand, so I will be returning to this brand. ... show more

    • This is EXCELLENT Turmeric powder!
Weight: 1.0 Pounds
This is VERY EXCELLENT Turmeric powder! Taste is pure, it is a fine powder. I like it with eggs, I put a full teaspoon with one egg. Makes it easy to ingest. I add some lecithin powder to it to make it more absorbable. Sometimes I add the powder and lecithin to some water and drink it down. I do that for inflammation when my joints hurt, especially my neck (due to car wrecks). Turmeric is wonderful for your body! I rate this Turmeric "A+" ! :) ... show more

Weight: 2.0 Pounds
This very high quality Turmeric powder. My parents grow turmeric back in India. This is the same quality as our home grown turmeric. Would like to try more herbal products from this company.

    • Seems legit! Strong flavor n color mist important EFFECTS 👌
Weight: 2.0 Pounds
The smell, taste and color are rich. The effects seems to work mighty well. My husband burned his eye and the skin around his eye with hot oil and though it burned him we acted quickly and made him a shooter glass of turmeric, black pepper, Braggs amino acids and water. Really helped the healing process and swelling in his eye and skin 😍. That combined with a quick apple cider and lavender ice bath compresses! ... show more

Use with morning shake: coconut or almond milk, banana, nuts, honey, pinch of pepper....its like a pumpkin shake. Very nice. Keeps me full feeling till after lunch time. Very impressed. ... show more

    • Seller provided the document on testing upon request.
Weight: 8.0 ounces
I requested the batch test documentation from the seller. It was provided within 2 business days. I don't know enough about the taste and color of a good turmeric powder so I have no opinion on visual or taste quality.
