I put them into my tea infuser to add a bit of spice and for health benefits to my tea. At just two or three cloves to a carafe of three cups it is pretty economical.

I have purchased other spices from this company and they have been satisfactory until now! I purchased ground nutmeg ground allspice whole cloves and anise! The ground nutmeg and all spice taste like baby powder/dust with an edge these are not pure spices they have adulterated their products.. the cloves don’t smell even when you boil them, and the anus taste disgusting and has an awful chemical smell. I have made contact with the company and have attempted to make returns, but they have Stone walled themselves like Donald Trump being put into a lid by the Secret Service in January 2020. Do not buy this product, I bought the Aleppo pepper, and I have bought the Burberry and both of those have been pleasant, but this company is no longer the same they are cutting corners and putting your life at risk by sending you adulterated products

The Spice Way company is now my "Go To" company for all of my spices. Excellent quality, flavor and the prices are good compared to spices on the grocery store shelves. I have another big order of spices coming to my mailbox again in a couple days. Experimenting with new recipes as we are not going out to eat anymore. Be mindful of the weights when you order! A 4 ounce bag is a lot if you don't use a particular spice very often! Share it with friends, or keep looking for smaller batches. For the price though, even if you don't use it all, it is still better than the grocery store!
