This balm is very effective. I was glad to find all natural balm to use for my family. Very effective in allergy season when you have cold & cough. When the seasons changed, I had a little upper respiratory congestion and got Shoola in lieu of using Vicks or another chemical-y chest balm. It smells much better but has that same menthol effect. Then recently I had a few minor cuts from a hiking trip and decided to try it on them, too. The cuts healed in two days, much faster than expected. Maybe it was this balm? This stuff really works. I use this for every and any thing. If someone has a headache, muscle aches, sinus problem, allergies, toothache, insects 🐜 bits, and anything else, I just hand he/she the balm and have them rub a small amount on the affected area and just like that! the problem disappeared.
