We got this camera to film lessons for my wife's online teaching. Due to the pandemic schools were slated to be closed down for the duration, and we needed a way for her to get the students their needed class/teacher time. This camera has an immaculate picture, and with all the accessories it makes for a great streaming platform. The night vision is an added bonus for filming locations in pitch dark. The infrared illuminator is a little weak and gives limited filming distance (clear to about 20 feet), but that can be resolved by purchasing an infrared light block and it will vastly improve your night filming capabilities. The very first day we used the recorder and this pin broke and not able to use HC-1 Handel, called Amazon for replacement CS told me you bought warranty call Asurion called them they told me its only 2 days check with Amazon its still under product warranty, called CS they said return the whole shipment we will refund you money once we receive the shipment and you can buy another one, so spend money twice or wait and not able to work. Great camera and kit for the price! I definitely have to say that their customer service is 5 stars as well , I had trouble connecting my camera to the wifi option so I could use the app that is associated with the camera and they literally emailed me back and forth all day figuring out how to fix the issue and got it to work properly! ... show more
