I think this is my first Amazon review, but I just had to share that this trampoline is amazing. Easy setup (even came with gloves so hands wouldn’t get black), great bounce, and the 15ft is enormous. We have four kids and they can all jump together (for now because they are still pretty young) and SAFELY because of the net! I have read so many trampoline reviews and other brands all seem to have sort of issue. But so far we have had zero issues with this one. Love it!!!

After reading hundreds of reviews I felt that this was the most promising trampoline on the market! It arrived in a timely manner. Every piece was accounted for. It took a couple hours to assemble. The longest portion was weaving the safety net. This trampoline is great quality and I have a feeling it will last for years to come! My son absolutely loves it. 14 foot and plenty of room for several kids!! Bigger than expected. I definitely recommend this trampoline.

We recently purchased this trampoline as an end of school year surprise for our kids and within 3 days of setting it up there was a very strong storm that passed through our neighborhood taking out many trees and power lines. Over 11k people were without power for up to 3 days, including us. It was quite the storm. I will say we did purchase 4 additional screw in stakes per our insurance ladies recommendation, which I'm sure helped, but our trampoline survived without any damage, and obviously the additional ground stakes had no impact to help the netting, which is still in perfect condition. We've only had it for about 2 weeks, but so far we're quite impressed with the quality, and the kids are jumping on it almost every day, which was also a worry that they wouldn't use it enough to make it worth the money. But so far it's been a great purchase.

Update: ORCC reached out to me and sent new parts for free. They got here really quickly and I appreciate that A LOT. Customer service is top notch. We bought this for Christmas 2020 and I’ve waited to write a review until now, just to see how it held up. My kids absolutely love it and so do all the neighbor kids. It was pretty easy to put up-just my husband and I did it. However, after only 2-3 months, most of the poles holding the net up were broken or bent. The issue is with the bolts that hold the poles on/up. When the kids jump, it basically cuts them and then the poles fall. I contacted the seller/makers and they were very easy to deal with, kind and got me new parts for free. I had sent them pictures of the “damage/wear”. However, those parts only lasted a few months too. I’ve basically bought every type of large bolt there is in the stores to try and see which ones will hold up and none of them do. It’s almost been a year and while the kids still like it, it looks like a mess in our yard and we can’t keep the poles upright, unless we change the bolts every other week. If I had to pick another trampoline, I’d pick a “pumpkin” one where the poles aren’t straight.

WOW. I regretted my impulse purchase of a trampoline almost immediately, but figured maybe it'd be fine. I was so wrong, it was GREAT. This particular item arrived 6 days earlier than it was supposed to, so my 6 year old and I (wfh mom of 2 with nail enhancements and Birkenstocks) dragged the three 70lb boxes to the backyard and started building. Highly suggest taking an inventory and reading through instructions (or watching the youtube video) before you begin because the paper instructions and youtube videos online are slightly misaligned depending on which model you get. I accidentally built the frame upside down to start and had to disassemble to flip each wedge over, but it was an easy fix and once we figured out how to maintain tension to complete the circle, it went smoothly. Definitely follow the instructions when installing the springs or it gets MUCH more difficult than it needs to. All in we had the trampoline fully built in 4 hours. We picked this one because it's weighted to 400lbs so dad can join in with the 6 and 10 year old and we haven’t had any issues with weight. I do have to tighten the bolts now and then to keep the net frame tight, I also put a slip knot into the elastic hooking the top of the net to the frame to keep it from sagging (this is the interior net so no sleeves). The basketball hoop is soft enough that if your kids get clotheslined by it they'll survive without too much damage (to their body, pride is another story), and it can be adjusted depending on height preference. I wish the anchors were a little heftier but all in the trampoline weighs 200lbs so I don't think it's flying away *update - did fine in the 40mph winds we had this weekend* (though it's still easy for dad and I to pick up and swing to another spot in the yard). We had the head of one bolt holding the net pole to the frame snap off, but I was able to find another M6-1.0 x 85mm bolt at the local hardware store. I suspect it was just a faulty bolt since all others are fine and it hadn’t been that long.

Very sturdy and well built trampoline that has done well with some heavy young adults on it. When there was an issue, over 2 years after purchase, i contacted their customer service, and they were very happy to help identify the pieces that needed to be changed, and shipped them out very quickly..
