Weโve only had this for a month and so far so good! Says only one person allowed but we have multiple kids on it. It looks nice and was surprisingly easy to set up, took me and husband a few hours.

The netting on this new trampoline was defective. Even though it was a Memorial Day weekend I emailed the manufacturer. Do you know they had someone reply that same day! In fact we corresponded several times that weekend (describing the problem; sending a picture, etc. ) and they shipped out a replacement net immediately and we received it in two days. This is our first trampoline so I can't compare to others but it went together easily, the kids are having a blast on it, and that customer service deserves lots of kudos.

I'm glad I shopped around and picked this trampoline. I decided to spend more on a large one that appeared to be more sturdy than the others. I bought this for my kids for xmas and it's been a hit in the neighborhood and gets bounced on nearly every day. Best purchase I've made in a long time. Highly recommended. There are cheaper ones out there but they bend like my last one. This has held up great.

I purchased this 15โ trampoline for my 9 year old sonโs birthday. He absolutely loves it! My brother and I were able to put it together in about 2.5 hours. It was a fairly simple process and everything was packaged very nicely. Watching the instruction video was also very helpful. My biggest complaint is that the trampoline is less than 2 months old and several of the straps for the spring cover and netting have torn away at the seam. This has caused the spring cover to blow up and leave the springs exposed which is a safety concern. I have left the seller feedback and am hoping this issue will be resolved with a new spring cover. Other than that, we are very happy with the product. UPDATE! The Seller reviewed my feedback and shipped me a new spring cover for free. I received the spring cover two days after posting this review. I am so impressed with the customer service that I changed my rating to four stars. Thank you ORCC!

I purchased this trampoline toward the end of the pandemic. And the children and I could not have been more happier with this purchase. It's great for kids and adults. Sometimes I sit down in the back and just meditate on it, while the children do their front flips as well as back flips. And I have not had one problem with the quality and that's why I chose to buy trampoline from this company - after reading so many great reviews. Plus the customer service is fantastic like the agent that helped me by the name of Pearl whatever you need to know whether it be assembling or insight on any the items she and they are there to assist. They only give you five stars however this company deserves 10. I hope you enjoy this product just as much as me and my family have.
