WOW. I regretted my impulse purchase of a trampoline almost immediately, but figured maybe it'd be fine. I was so wrong, it was GREAT. This particular item arrived 6 days earlier than it was supposed to, so my 6 year old and I (wfh mom of 2 with nail enhancements and Birkenstocks) dragged the three 70lb boxes to the backyard and started building. Highly suggest taking an inventory and reading through instructions (or watching the youtube video) before you begin because the paper instructions and youtube videos online are slightly misaligned depending on which model you get. I accidentally built the frame upside down to start and had to disassemble to flip each wedge over, but it was an easy fix and once we figured out how to maintain tension to complete the circle, it went smoothly. Definitely follow the instructions when installing the springs or it gets MUCH more difficult than it needs to. All in we had the trampoline fully built in 4 hours. We picked this one because it's weighted to 400lbs so dad can join in with the 6 and 10 year old and we haven’t had any issues with weight. I do have to tighten the bolts now and then to keep the net frame tight, I also put a slip knot into the elastic hooking the top of the net to the frame to keep it from sagging (this is the interior net so no sleeves). The basketball hoop is soft enough that if your kids get clotheslined by it they'll survive without too much damage (to their body, pride is another story), and it can be adjusted depending on height preference. I wish the anchors were a little heftier but all in the trampoline weighs 200lbs so I don't think it's flying away *update - did fine in the 40mph winds we had this weekend* (though it's still easy for dad and I to pick up and swing to another spot in the yard). We had the head of one bolt holding the net pole to the frame snap off, but I was able to find another M6-1.0 x 85mm bolt at the local hardware store. I suspect it was just a faulty bolt since all others are fine and it hadn’t been that long.

This is a good trampoline. Our kids love it. For the most part easy to build (wouldn’t want to do it again, but as trampolines go…). Having to adults goes a long way towards making this easier to put together.

We brought the trampoline for a bit over a year and had a strong wind that flip the trampoline over and 3 poles were broken. I emailed ORCC customer service asking to see if they sale replacement poles and Betty was very responsive in quick reply and got me 3 replacement poles after asking for my order ID from Amazon and shipped them within 2 weeks. Great customer service!

My grandson will get so much enjoyment from this trampoline! Just love the high net how goal is located and sturdiness! Customer service was fantastic also! I would highly recommend this trampoline!
