Recollection of assembly is that two people is better the one, and the process was easy. Just a lot of springs and connecting them was very helpful to have two people--saved a lot of time. Assembled in about an hour, give or take. It has held up to the elements of Texas weather--hot sun, rain, wind, and small hail. Now need to replace the weather cover. We are very happy with the quality and stability of this trampoline. We bought it for family enjoyment - two people at a time, and it has served us well.

We bought this trampoline 3 years ago for two teenage boys under 200 pounds. It gets a lot of use and has held up great! We recently had a massive storm that picked up the trampoline, snapped one side of he trampoline, and through it into the trees. After getting it down, we noticed one steel piece broke and proceeded to contact the manufacture to purchase the replacement part. Not only did they have it, they send it to us for free even though we are out of warranty and they had not obligation to do this. 5 stars because it is a great product and is supported by a company that goes above what is expected.

Bought this for my sons family. This is a super high quality product for the money. Also important to note, when assembling the product it was damaged by (my son) customer error. I contacted the company and sent them a photo to find out how I could buy the replacement part. They immediately dispatched the replacement part free of charge. They stayed in communication via email the whole time making sure I git it. It was by far, the best customer service I had received on any product I have ever bought. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

We purchased this trampoline for our 12 year old granddaughter and several friends who frequently are here to hang with her. We researched trampolines thoroughly before deciding on the ORCC 15'. The order arrived 5 days AHEAD of schedule and the instructions were very easy to read. My husband and I put the trampoline together in about 3 hours. The quality of the material is great and the girls tested it out the next day. They had a blast. Highly recommend this product and seller!!!!! The girls improvised with water and bubbles cause it was a very hot day!!!

Assembly was easy but we initially messed up the layout of the poles. The whole pattern in the straight poles are for the safety net and we did not realize we installed them incorrectly and could not assembly the safety net. With the frame assembled, it was easy to remove the straight poles and rearrange them. Probably 10 extra minutes. After about 30 minutes of jumping, we discovered a tear in the jumping mat. We took 4 pictures and emailed them with the amazon invoice to ORCC customer service. This happened during the Christmas weekend. The email was answered late Sunday night and we had a new jumping mat by Thursday. Awesome!! Taking into account the shipping nightmare of the holidays and COVID crap, we were jumping again by the next weekend. It is Jan 18 and the new jumping mat is doing great and we are having a lot of fun. Definitely worth the purchase, comes with great customer service!

We bought this for our kids birthday in June. We've been using it regularly since then and it's been fabulous. Big enough and sturdy enough that both parents and kid can jump on it at the same time. My husband put this together in a couple hours by himself. Been getting lots of use the past four months from us and the neighborhood kids and it's been great.

I purchased this trampoline toward the end of the pandemic. And the children and I could not have been more happier with this purchase. It's great for kids and adults. Sometimes I sit down in the back and just meditate on it, while the children do their front flips as well as back flips. And I have not had one problem with the quality and that's why I chose to buy trampoline from this company - after reading so many great reviews. Plus the customer service is fantastic like the agent that helped me by the name of Pearl whatever you need to know whether it be assembling or insight on any the items she and they are there to assist. They only give you five stars however this company deserves 10. I hope you enjoy this product just as much as me and my family have.

Between all of my kids, this will be our third trampoline. The frame, springs, and trampoline mat are up to par with the previous 2 trampolines we've owned. The safety net and basketball goal are garbage. My 7 year old literally took 5 shots at the hoop ( not dunks, shots) and the stitching that holds the rim up ripped out. I'm honestly sure I could build something better with duct tape and sticks after a night of heavy drinking lol. I'm contacting the manufacturer, and hopefully they'll make good on a replacement goal.
