Purchased this for my sons birthday. The kids couldn’t wait for an “adult” to assemble so we had to contact ORCC for assistance with replacing some top frame rails which ORCC did graciously at no charge to me. (I get the feeling we aren’t the first family to have an assembly mishap bc this was clearly our fault and ORCC was really good to us about it). What I do recommend is the separate purchase of a heavy duty spring puller. ORCC does supply two pullers with gloves but with 108 heavy duty springs, having a better tool can save a lot of anguish. We purchased the Motion Pro Heavy Duty Spring Puller. So the kids have been jumping away. I would recommend always making sure the cover is in place when not in use to avoid damaging the jumping mat from the natural elements. But everyone including me loves it. Adult supervision is required so if you don’t feel like sitting jumpside for hours actively supervising, this may not be for you. I recommend this product to anyone fully aware of the risks associated with trampolines and who is able to manage and supervise people on this trampoline. It’s a great size at 15’. Allows for good space to jump on the mat with room for error. Kids get good height and good bounce on it. This unit brings all of the supplies to at least provide an educated bouncer with a defense system while providing a good bounce time. We are keeping it and enjoying it. We had this trampoline for a couple of years and my kids used it daily! Even with the included stakes, it held up in the wind! We had some crazy storms come through last night, and our lawn guy only put one stake in after cutting grass the day before. Well, it got picked up by the wind and flipped over our fence. The net poles broke and the frame is bent, but amazingly the jumping surface didn’t puncture when it landed on our fence with spikes on the top. This thing sat in direct sun for a few years and everything else in our yard dry rots in the sun that we get. I was amazed at how well the jumping surface held up and did not dry rot. (The foam on the net poles dry rotted - they are basically just pool noodles). We may replace the trampoline later this year with the same one…..my girls are devastated that they can’t use it today.

This trampoline (15ft) arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. I assembled it with my 8 year old, 7 year old, and 4 year old in an afternoon. It is very sturdy and the net on the inside of the springs is about as safe as you can get. The trampoline keeps my kids outside and exercising. This was something I purchased to keep them busy during the pandemic. They can’t wait to jump any chance they get. Unfortunately, the day after we assembled this, my 3 beagles climbed the ladder and chewed up the pad covering the springs as well as a few of the blue noodles covering the outside frame. This was obviously our issue, and I contacted the seller to see about purchasing replacement parts. The seller returned my messages immediately. Jenna was polite and helpful. She mailed us the replacement parts right away valued at $140 for free! Needless to say, I took the ladder off, and now the dogs are unable to tear up the trampoline, and the kids are still able to climb up to jump without it. I highly recommend this trampoline as well as buying from this seller for the incredible customer service.

Edit: contacted seller and got a new replacement mat shipped out for free. This new mat was not the same as the last one, it's has a different company logo not ORCC and has a built in spring cover that doesn't work with the safety net set up from our original purchase. The mat is safe now but the safety net can't be used as intended. Unfortunately the 15ft trampoline we bought has an unusable mat a little over year after purchase. There appeared to be a defect in the weave when we got it but it wasn't damaged. As the kids kept jumping it started unravelling and is now a quarter size hole. Hoping for a replacement, waiting to see if they will honor their warranty.

I purchased the 15' trampoline in 2020 and my kids have enjoyed it since then with minimal issues. I am a heavy set man and I jump with my kids often and have yet to have any issues. The frame has been sturdy and hasn't moved unless I pulled it around. I wish the seller also had replacement products for the netting, poles and matting since my puppy decided to use the padding as a chew toy and made a whole in the netting. But without the puppy there hadn't been any issues.

We have had this trampoline for a little less then a year. A couple welds on the legs have broke. The team at ORCC have stepped up both times and sent me replacements. They have gone above and beyond. Caroline has been the best to work with. Sent the parts UPS. Right to my door. No charge. I can't ask for better. Thanks so much.

We ordered this trampoline for my kids. We were aware that it was being shipped in 3 separate boxes. When we recieved the shipping notification we tracked all the boxes but the third one somehow turned up missing. I messaged the seller and the response was quick and the resolution even quicker. Not only did they reship the missing box, they even tracked it for me and kept me up to date via email. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure that their customer was happy. I wish more companies had customer service like this. Top notch and I highly recommend. Also, the trampoline is great. Sturdy and easy to set up. The directions are clearly written with pictures for reference. Only took about an hour and half to set up from start to finish. My kids love it!
