I don't often purchase large, heavy items online due to concerns with shipping and product damage. Prior to purchasing this trampoline, I read reviews for dozens of others, and I chose this one due to others commenting on ORCC's customer service. I'm glad I made that choice, as I did have an issue with 1 part during assembly, but Donna and the customer service team at ORCC quickly resolved the concern. Now the trampoline is assembled, incredibly sturdy, and appears safe, well built, and durable enough for the kids to enjoy for many years to come!

Definitely takes at least 2 people to put together and took a couple hours. Very sturdy. Unfortunately the safety bars snapped however they snapped doing what they were designed for which is holding the kids in. Contacted the company and they sent new bars out for free. Amazing company!

I bought this because my kiddo is in gymnastics and she needed a large trampoline to practice on along with her team when they come over. Unfortunately as I went to begin assembling things I found most of the vertical support posts for the legs were damaged. Whether this happened during the manufacturing process or in transit I'm not sure, however I am rather irritated by it due to the cost. The contents come without any real protective packaging for the support structure. It's all loose and banging around in the box. The only thing that is secured are the springs which I haven't even come close to opening yet. The jump pad feels flimsy and thin, I originally thought it was just a weather cover or something because it was so light, but again I haven't gotten far enough to finish assembly. Currently, I'm waiting on a reply by the seller on how they want to handle this.

UPDATED REVIEW. The company was great to work with and send a replacement mat and was quick to respond. We appreciate their integrity to fix their product. We love the trampoline and the safety net however we are not happy about how quickly the blue mat has ripped. It’s only been up a few months and it has ripped in multiple places.

Really nice 16' trampoline! Assembly was straightforward with the included T-hooks for the springs, and the gloves were a thoughtful touch—kept our hands clean while handling the metal frame. The safety net is smooth mesh and keeps kids’ fingers and toes from getting caught. Attaching it to the trampoline mat is a bit tedious, and the string could be longer for a tighter fit. Also, definitely use the included stakes—without them, the trampoline can shift in strong winds. Overall, a solid product with only a couple of minor drawbacks.

Great trampoline. Very nice quality. Not too difficult to put together although some of the frame poles were difficult to slide together. Great company to work with! The trampoline went on sale a few days after I purchased it for full price and Brandline refunded me the difference of $80! That was awesome of them:-)

Looks nice and was pretty easy to put together. As far as the net goes and the support poles for the net it is definitely made poorly. Bends easy and broke quickly with 3 kids jumping. The net kept ripping as we tried to sew it to trampoline during installation. I wouldn’t recommend this specific model.

This was a pretty trampoline and you can still jump on it just fine but within a few weeks of getting it all put together the ties that hold the netting in place broke/tore and then the net started tearing to where now the net is just hanging, not held back; so essentially it just needs to be removed because it can’t be tied again because it’s torn. Same with the padding that is supposed to cover the springs, all those straps or ties broke. I’ve tied the ones back down that could be fixed only to have it tear again. Our previous trampoline we had for 8 years before anything started tearing. Basically I just bought a new trampoline so it would look better. It definitely does not look better. Only for the first few weeks. UPDATE: The place has I bought this trampoline from got in touch with me right after this and went above & beyond to make things right. And they have done so. They sent me a new net, foam for the poles and padding that covers the springs. They were diligent in getting the matter taken care of. Very nice people to work with. We are happy.
