    • Love the watch but band is a problem
The function and size of these watches for riding is great. I have used it in both comptitions and also to time training. However, the buckle on the band of the watch broke after about a year and when I contacted Optimum the customer service person told me they did not replace or sell the watch bands and that I and gave me the name of a company that could sell me one. That company never responded to my emails, and the band was not listed on their site. I tried to replace it with bands and buckles that I found on-line that looked like they might work, but none did. I ended up resentfully buying another watch......Optimum needs to bring band replacement inhouse...or design a watch with a better latch. ... show more
