I gained about 10 pounds so far since I bought this. I take 1 scoop with milk per day every other day in my 24oz electric shaker and drink it as I do my lifts. Still on the first bag but I am already 10 pounds heavier and it looks like it didn't all just go to my gut either. This stuff works good if you are skinny like me and pair it with other sources of protein (real food and protein snacks). I am 6 foot tall and went from 135lb to 152lb, I started taking this at around 140lb and still have a decent amount of the first bag left since I only take half portions every other day with milk. The taste is pretty good its like strawberry milk but I will say you have to turn your electric shaker or blender on a bit longer because its so much powder otherwise you will get chunks. I don't have chunking issues with other powders in this electric shaker but I think its just the sheer amount of powder thats the problem and you will get that with any of these mass gainer products.

This is the first and only weight gainer I've tried since I decided to add a few pounds and start lifting weights. To keep it short and to the point, this stuff works great if you stick with it. CONSISTENCY IS KEY. If you want to put on pounds, you must create a calorie surplus, and this shake helps you fill the gaps in your diet. It's not a complicated concept, but it takes dedication to achieve your goals. This is not some miracle product--if you have no motivation, no shake will help you. The shake tastes pretty good and is not too sweet. It's not as good as regular chocolate milk, but it's close. Consistency is thick and a bit sticky (with milk). I take 1 scoop, twice a day. I don't see how it's possible to drink 2 scoops at a time given how large the scoops are (1 cup), but then again, I'm not a heavy eater to begin with. I drink it with WHOLE/Vitamin D MILK (important) and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Unless you're allergic to milk/peanuts, there's no sense in using water if you want to add mass. You can also add some olive oil for extra calories as it gets diluted. 2 scoops with whole milk and peanut butter will add 1600+ calories to your diet. If you eat your 3 main meals and snacks on top of that, getting to 3000+ calories is fairly easy. As far as results...I went from 6'0 155 to 6'0 165 in 6 weeks in conjunction with eating more in general and lifting weights. In a month, I'll be over 170. The key to being successful in gaining weight (and losing weight, for that matter) is consistency. Hit your calorie target every day, no exceptions (I personally aim for 3500+ calories per day, use MyFitnessPal to track them). Us skinny guys tend to think we're eating more than we actually are, and thus we stay skinny and get frustrated. Keep track of your intake, eat (a lot of) healthy foods, and add this shake to your diet and you'll be putting on lbs in no time. One final note: You may experience some bloating in the first month or so of drinking these. I got to the point where I wanted to vomit at times. Push through it and your stomach will adjust. P.S. Use Subscribe and Save and you get this at under $40 shipped for 12 lbs. Talk about bang for the buck.

I finally received my package, saying finally because there was a huge mixup with delivery and it ended up being with a neighbor I do not know for days. Since my building does not have a secure gate, my neighbor took it in with the intention of delivering by morning, as it was about 4 am or so when delivery driver dropped off. I have only been able to try 1x and the taste is absolutely doable! I mix it in with my coffee and it is clumpy at first, but dissolve within minutes. I also drink ensure plus throughout the day. The reviews have been great and I am expecting great results! Will update in a few weeks, I am currently at 140 pounds but wanting to get to 180.

This product has a good quality and perfectly homogeneous mixture. However, it’s very sweet which makes people unwilling to drink it. It’s very expensive nutrition for gaining weight even though it gives a good amount of energy and feels effective.
