This Whey protein brand comes with a scoop for measuring and produces a smooth and creamy frappe like drink when using a blender. I like the diversity that the Vanilla flavor offers when I am in the mood for a fruit flavor like bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pineapple. I have also added plain yogurt. The Optimum Whey Protein Powder is very fine, blends well with liquid and produces a filling, flavorful breakfast, lunch, and when on the go or preparing for a workout, a Vanilla Ice Cream drink will save time and satisfy your hunger.

I Refuse to Drink Chalk

If your biggest fear is spending money on protein powder that tastes like drywall and regret... this one is solid!. I’ve been using this consistently for several months, mainly post-workout and occasionally as a breakfast shake. I’ve mixed it with water, almond milk, and once blended it into a banana smoothie to see how it behaves. So yes, this has been properly field-tested. For a vanilla protein, this is solid. It’s not overly sweet, not artificial-tasting, and doesn’t punch you in the face with fake vanilla. Mixed with cold milk, it actually tastes like a mild vanilla milkshake. With water, it’s lighter but still drinkable which is important because some powders only taste decent with milk. It dissolves easily in a shaker bottle. No stubborn clumps, no protein “floaters,” no sandy texture. 20–30 seconds of shaking and you’re good. The powder is fine and consistent. No weird smell when you open the container. It feels like a well-refined product, not something thrown together. It helps me hit daily protein targets more easily without cooking another full meal. I’ve found recovery feels solid after workouts when I stay consistent with it. This isn’t magic muscle dust...it’s a convenient protein source. Used properly alongside training and nutrition, it does its job. For the quality and brand reliability, the price is fair. You’re not paying bargain-basement rates, but you’re getting consistent quality and good mixability. NOTE: Use cold liquid and shake immediately after adding powder. Letting it sit before shaking increases the chance of clumps. This is one of the safer bets in the protein world. Good flavor, easy mixing, reliable quality. It’s not flashy, it’s dependable. And sometimes, that’s exactly what you want from your protein powder.

Dissolves easily, very good nutrition wise, good quality protein powder, and very good price. Absolutely love this flavor, if you are not familiar with the brand, try the vanilla ice cream first, it also becomes very frothy which I like, almost feels like having a vanilla milk shake.
