Description

Here is my list of Pros & Cons: Pros - Best flavor! - 24 grams of protein per scoop - Only 120 calories per scoop Cons There are not a lot of cons to report about this product, but here are my list of things I noticed and tried to change. - Consistency of shake can be thick. I added additional water and it was fine. - If mixing in a blender, don’t use too much ice, it doesn’t mix well. - I used at night to keep me satiated and I do feel like I woke up a little more hungry than usual. - When I used first thing in the morning, I feel like it did keep me feeling full longer. The casein protein powder is a bit thicker than the whey protein powder, so you have to mix it more. The taste is very good, especially when mixed with chocolate syrup or ice cream, if you need the extra bulk. Casein protein is best consumed just before you go to sleep, because it works to supply your body with protein during the night and repair your muscles. With a very high amount of protein, casein helps you to work out more often without overworking your body. ... show more

If I miss my recovery shake at night, I'm considerably more sore the following day. Only gripe is this stuff doesn't mix as well as the whey. But I put it in a small blender and that helps
