It was so tough to find a rotary dial that wasn't buttons and fake wood. This is the real deal and looks it too. Just plug it in, call the phone company, and ready to go. A really nice gift for my husband who has always wanted one. I'm glad I spent the money.

The phone was used as a prop for a themed party and it worked perfectly and fit in perfectly with the decorations. The sound and microphone quality is great. (+5) The receiver hook came damaged in-box (-1) , if you handle this phone it will make sense why this piece is delicate, however my single engagement with customer service was amazing and they sent a replacement receiver hook and it was incredibly easy to fix. Probably easier to fix than dialing a rotary phone. :-) +1 for having a great support team, so few companies provide this I'll support any company that stands behind their product. Overall 5 stars.

These phones are gorgeous and work amazingly! The customer service is also beyond wonderful. The phone is rotary style but still uses DTMF to make calls so you it works perfect with the Excelltel SOHO-PBX SP-208 if you want to make your own intercom system within the house. The wood and design add top class as well and the ringer is classic. This thing is amazing!

This phone was exceptionally easy to install! It's well made with heavy wood. Volume control is excellent. The cord is cloth, the rotary dial actually works well and sounds like a touch-tone when used. The grandkids loved calling their own phones from it, learning how it actually worked. It's an absolutely beautiful addition to our home, HIGHLY recommend it! The seller kept in touch from purchase, to it's delivery, which was fast.

This is a quality telephone. I have owned one for a year as my sole source of communication (I have no cell phone) and I am delighted with its durability and features: generous cord length which allows one to sit and use it anywhere in the room, and it is made of cloth; pleasant traditional ring tone which also shuts off easily if one does not want to be disturbed; the wood is substantial and beautiful. Finally, and most importantly, they stand behind their product. I recently encountered an operational issue which the company corrected even after a year. I highly recommend it over others (less expensive is not always the safest choice in my humble opinion, you get what you pay for). Thank you.
