Alright so this is pretty wild. I’m 24. I work in healthcare so constant hand sanitizer and hand washing. Not only does that make it hard to grow real nails but also I was a chronic nail biter. Constantly did my own gel extensions, dip, acrylic, overlays, everything under the sun. I had stopped doing all that prior to august of 2022 and grown my nails out. I wanted to get them done because my fiancé was going to propose so I went to a local nail salon and the nails they applied stayed on for like a month but as you can see from the first picture, they dug into my actual mail bed and left DEEP grooves in my nails where the edge of the acrylic was placed. Anyhow so that’s how I started. It’s now February 7th 2023 and the last two pictures are what my nails look like right now. I bought this OPI product and it made my nails grow quickly, so that the damage that was done to them initially was gone within 2 months. I’m not gonna lie and say it was instant perfection, but the strength difference even when my nails were compromised that badly was amazing. They didn’t bend anymore. Before even typing on my phone would bend them but after like 3 days of this stuff they were harder than I’ve ever had them be. That extra strength and speed grow boost helped me grow out the damage so I could keep cutting them back until only strong, healthy nail remained. I will forever buy this product. I can’t recommend it enough. Tips: 1. Apply as directed. Seriously. I usually double up the layers and that helps but it does start to chip eventually around the tip of the finger. 2. IT TAKES TIME. If your nails are trash like mine were there’s nothing you can do but grow out the damage and cut it off then grow them long. There’s no other way. Give it time. It took me 4 months to get where I am. 3. In between polishes I like to apply Hard as Hoof to my cuticles and under the nail, and I always give them at least a break overnight before starting fresh. I slap some vitamin E on there too for good measure. 4. Don’t bathe or shower without this stuff on. Moisture makes your nails weak. I also don’t go to work without it on because the hand sanitizer dries them out and makes them brittle. ... show more

I work in a greenhouse so I’m constantly working with my hands and my nails were ruined from acrylics. While I wouldn’t say this sped up my natural nail growth it DID protect them so that they could grow stronger and become a normal length! Before I started using this my nails were soft and brittle and broke down to the quick all of the time but this product hardened them while also maintaining a nice, shiny, “clean” look. These photos were taken a month apart. I applied as directed and filed down my nails weekly. They probably would have grown out longer but again, I work with my hands and did not want to chance it. This nail hardener has worked very well for me so far. I bought it the beginning of January and have been using it on and off ever since. I am very hard on my nails since I love doing my own acrylics or just painting them with gel polish, so they end up getting pretty destroyed. I was looking for a product that would help my natural nails be stronger when I don’t have time to do them. The first time I used this product I was immediately impressed! I had just taken off some of my gel polish from over Christmas and when I put it on it made my nails feel stronger right off the bat! If you have thin, brittle or weak nails I would defiantly consider purchasing this product. The only reason that I did not give this a five-star review is because I never give anything five stars. Been using the clear coat for about 3mths and my nails are stronger and longer than ever. My nails used to chip, break, and peel constantly requiring me to clip them so there’d be no further damage. I bought my first bottle around 3 months ago, I noticed about a month in significant hardness and growth in my nails. My main complaint is about a month and a half after using it, the actual paint is drying out and starting to get extremely tacky. I have been using dip and gel for the last several years, but I recently decided to stop going to the salon to save some money and give my nails a little break. Unfortunately, when I stopped getting them done, my nails were super weak and damaged. Since I hate the way my nails look without anything on it and I wanted a little protection, I bought this to strengthen my nails and make them shiny and polished (so I don't feel like I have naked hands). I like to put this on after the OPI base coat (which is also amazing) to make my nails shiny and provide a little protection. It rarely chips and when it does, it's super easy to put on another coat since it dries so quickly. I tried sooooo many clear polishes that chipped and peeled within the day, and this is by far my favorite! I wish I would’ve taken a before picture but i love it! My nails used to grow so brittle and would bend and break easily. I’m already on my 3rd bottle and I am obsessed with how strong they’ve and long they’ve become!

In December 2022 I decided to remove my gel/fiber stretching, my nails became very thin, literally looking like paper it hurt a lot, I started a process of rebuilding the nails with a treatment base, I highly recommend, there is 2 months from one photo to another, I’ve already seen great results my nails are much stronger, they stopped breaking and are growing.
