I installed this in my dinning room and it is a great fit. The styling of this light is great, it is simple and looks good. This is 36 watts of LED lighting at 5000K, and gives off about 3600LM, so it lights the area below very well. I am going to put a dimmer on it as it is very bright, but with being able to dim it, the mood can be set. Glad I was able to get this light. ... show more

I ordered this Oowolf light for my laundry room. It should have been an easy install if my 32 yo house were newer. We ended up having to go to the hardware store to buy a new baseplate to mount it on because the older plates did not line up with the new ones. We also figured out that the manufacturer had sent the wrong size screws (too small) to do the final attachment to the ceiling, so we had to buy larger ones with wider heads. In tallying up the time to install this light, including the time it took to drive to the hardware store and back, my handyman charged me 3 hours @$35 an hour to install this light fixture. Sadly, In the end, I had it removed as I found it was too bright! My light sensitive eyes could not handle the brightness of the extreme cool white light it gave off. It was like having an outdoor spot light blinding me in the center of the room. It is dimmable, but even with that I found the white light far too uncomfortable for my eyes. ... show more

We bought this particular light as it has one of the highest lumins we could find. Many LED lights put out about half the light as this one does. It’s not the fanciest thing in the world and does have a cheap plastic cover. It was easy to hook up and put up. Check out picture with it on and off.
