After using a brand of wood that consisted of different sizes of chunks, these wood chunks are far superior because they are uniform in size which gives them a better burn consistency. I was able to control the oven temp much easier with these wood chunks. Definitely recommend this brand of kiln dried wood.

My first shot at my Ooni pizza oven and wanted to do right. Wood burns clean and you will get several cooks out of one box. Seems pricey and I’ll compare to local big box store for alternatives. But if you have the cash and don’t want to split wood. Why not.
