I flipping love this thing. Gone are the days of throwing my arm out trying to get an old crusty nail polish restored by shaking incessantly…now I can use this baby and just sit there doing, at most, a balancing act of the bottle at various angles. Can set the polish on it a variety of ways, which is nice so you can mix into all the little nooks various bottles have. I like setting bottom first then rotating to the side, then maybe finishing with the cap down if really needed. For those unclear on how it works - you do have to press down to activate the vibrating, so it’s not something you just put the polish in and walk away from. It is best when set up on a solid/nonmetal surface as it will be the most quiet and least likely to bounce around. I tried using on an IKEA Helmer (metal storage bin full of polish) late at night, and it woke my husband up from downstairs/across the house with how loud and rattly it was…but on my wooden desk it’s barely more than a loud hum. I think this is fantastic and, with my larger polish collection very necessary, as I don’t use all of them that frequently so shaking them regularly is a must.

This worked out great for me.. i used it on over 60 bottles of Vallejo and 40 Tamaya model paints.. all my paints were stored for 7 years!!.. With this little mixer, i was able to blend most of them usable again.. i did add glass and stainless steel balls to the bottles.. mixed bottles vertically then horizontally on mixer.. the speed can be variable by using a soft push.. i don't think it would be any good on bottles with over 4oz's.. i haven't any to try..

For the money, and lack of elbow strain, this mixer is a great value. It does what it’s supposed to: it mixes paint. A few seconds on this and your acrylic paint will be mixed better than several minutes of vigorous shaking. Overall, I like it alot but that’s not to say its perfect. Its cord could be a bit longer. And the suction cup feet could be better too, as it tends to migrate around the table as it’s used and leaves behind a white residue, where the cups are suctioned, but that’s easily wiped up. Otherwise, I can’t think of anything negative to report. I’m glad I bought it.

I didn’t even know what to think of this when I came across this. I paint my nails often and have all ages of polish. This thing is awesome for mixing with no bubbles and also mixing when I add thinner to them. Strange but a keeper.
