Awesome product, just put 100 psi in tank hook up to truck ck fitting open valve u can actually hear it pushing thru block, start truck turn off valve on hose unhook fitting, ur good to go. We purchased this for our shop and it works great. We have used it maybe 20 time and it has not let us down. The pump handle is ok but has a place to use an air chuck, much faster.

The Oni Tools J-47912 fuel system priming pump is a smart buy if you work on heavy-duty trucks with Detroit Diesel engines (S60, MBE 900, MBE 4000, DD13, DD15). It’s effectively an alternate to the OTC 5869 tool, but at a lower cost. The build quality is solid—metal fittings, a clear hose that helps you see air bubbles, and a robust handle for manual pumping. It helps you prime the fuel system before starting after service, which is critical for these modern high-pressure diesels. Using it saved time and prevented the frustration of air in the system causing no-starts. The clear hose allowed me to monitor the flow and confirm the fuel was moving properly. It fit into the tooling routine nicely, and I felt confident using it on a shop-level service. The only minor issue: it takes a little patience to pump until all air is purged, and sometimes you need to position the truck slightly differently to reach the fuel line.
