  • One Plus Nord N30 Customer Product Review
The One Plus Nord N30 is a really cost-effective phone, but still great despite that. It has twice the RAM that most phones have and has a really good camera as well, amounting to 108 megapixels with the triple rear camera and 16 megapixels for the one that faces the user. The one that I got was professionally refurbished, so not everything is as good as new. While this is my first phone, I know that the charging port is supposed to work if you just put the charger in, not having to twist or wiggle it just right to get it to connect. This is not, however, the case with every charger, as some better ones will do just fine. ------------------------------------The RAM----------------------------------- So, whether or not it is a well-known fact, most phones have about 4GB of RAM, which is what the Central Processing Unit, or CPU, uses to run everything from games to simply running. This phone has twice that. It has 8GB of RAM, lessening the struggle with larger tasks such as playing games or using 3D modeling programs. For those of you that are really into games that can be played on a phone but always have trouble with your phone’s ability to run those games, this is the phone for you. ------------------------------------The Camera--------------------------------- When you take a picture and find it unfocused or blurry, you are usually disappointed. What if I told you that this phone has an insane pixel count? That means that, once focused, the camera takes almost perfectly clear pictures almost every time. This is the front, triple lens camera that is 1000mp, the camera that faces you is just 16mp. So, if you have been having trouble with picture clarity, this is the camera for you. Great Camera High RAM Okay battery Less Expensive Professionally refurbished Built-in gaming efficiency software While this phone is really good, the high RAM drains the battery much faster than it normally would. This has caused me to end up charging it twice a day if I am playing games all day, or about every 7 hours. This gets rather inconvenient for long sessions of high-strain tasks. Basically, this product is good at games as long as you don’t do too much, taking pictures that are not selfies, and managing data usage during play sessions. The ringtone options seem almost endless, with all sorts of types contributing to the customizational feel. A great phone for a great price. This phone is great for gamers, pretty good for photographers, and effective for everything between. ... show more

  • Not compatible with metro pcs
This phone was advertised as a metro pcs phone which is what I need i wasn't concerned with it being refurbished as I've had great results there. When I recieved the phone it was beautiful, I was so excited to hook it up and then the IMEI wouldn't work. So I took it to a metro store and found out its a Verizon phone and its no compatible with metro even tho its unlocked it is locked to Verizon. All the money in oregon wouldn't make it compatible with metro pcs. I was sadly disappointed. So I took it back in the box it came in, returned everything, nothing opened but the phone. Supposed to recieve my money back in 7-14 days. NOPE there's a delay that Noone can explain what it is and now I'm looking at it taking 21-28 days. WTF I need that money so I. An buy another phone. As of now I'm without a phone and I'm a very unsatisfied customer. ... show more

  • Good performance at a great price
I got this phone for my dad after he dropped his Galaxy Note 9 onto tile from the second floor—I currently use a OnePlus 8T, previously owned a OnePlus 5T, and I'm extremely clumsy with my phone, so I recommended OnePlus to him since they've worked great for me for years. He loves the phone, it's nice and responsive and a similar size to his old phone. It was very easy to migrate all of his accounts and apps over from the Samsung phone. We also had no problems activating it on our MVNO, US Mobile. Likely not a phone for "power users" but a fantastic choice for anyone who just needs to take calls, write texts, watch YouTube videos, play music in the car, look stuff up on google, etc. ... show more

  • Not what I expected
Battery life is good. Can actually keep charge for the entire day however Freezes sometimes when typing or opening apps. Screen recording works whenever it wants to like it has a mind of its own and decides what to screen record and what not to which is quite irritating.

  • Amazing Condition for a Refurbed Phone But the Seller Omitted One Thing...
I rarely get new phones. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I took immaculate care of it. There was nothing wrong with it, it still purred like a kitten even after 5-6 years of use. The battery was still in great shape and everything. However I was changing cell providers and my S9+ didn't support 5G so I did a lot of shopping around and settled on the OnePlus Nord N30 5G. I think it's a touch overpriced for a new one but the price for a refurbed one was much better. Sellers on Amazon actually wanted $50 more than the cell provider did to buy a brand new one but buying refurbed saved me $100 off the price of a new one on Amazon ($50 off the price of a new one from the cell provider). The refurbed phone is in excellent shape. Whoever refurbished this phone certainly knows their stuff. The face recognition and fingerprint reader work great. It takes good photos if you're in the right light. The camera lacks a little bit in darker environments and situations with a lot of movement in the shot. I do like that it offers the ability to allocate 8GB of storage to RAM. Instead of the 8GB built in, I'm actually using 16GB by allotting an extra 8GB from storage. Granted using storage as RAM won't be quite as fast as dedicated RAM but it definitely helps make the phone more responsive. Personally, I like this phone more than my old S9+ after getting used to it. The OxygenOS is pretty nice; it has some nice features and additions that don't come in a stock Android build. OxygenOS is pretty light on resources too which is nice. The battery life is pretty good. It offers battery saving mode and a super battery saving mode. I don't recommend using the super battery saving mode. It changes the whole phone and UI into something horrendous. The battery seems to discharge faster than my S9+ did during usage however it really holds a charge well when sitting idle. Overall this is a great phone at a decent but not great price (if you are buying new). In my opinion the refurbished price is much closer to what the MSRP on this phone should be but like I mentioned, the refurbished one is as good-as-new in my eyes so I'm satisfied with what I paid for it. The seller did provide a Samsung brand charger and USB-A to USB-C cable. However that's my only gripe with buying used/refurbished. To fully take advantage of how fast this phone can charge, you need OnePlus' "warp charger." It does charge pretty quickly on the Samsung charger they sent but not nearly as fast as advertised. I ordered a replacement OnePlus charger from Amazon so I can take advantage of the high-speed charging capabilities of this phone (waiting for it to arrive). Had they provided the actual OnePlus charger, this would have been a 5-star review. The 1-star deduction is more directed at the seller than the item. UPDATE: I just read a review from another user that stated the phone does not work on T-Mobile's network. I'm not sure why it didn't work for them but I'm using the phone on T-Mobile's network just fine. This phone supports CDMA and GSM so it should work on virtually any network in the U. S. as it is fully unlocked. ... show more

  • Works fine for me. IMIE was not blacklisted. And was not carrier locked
So far the phone is exactly as advertised. It was truly unblocked. And the IMIE was not blacklisted anywhere (yet). Ill update this if it ever does. Mine looked practically brand new. The only thing I noticed was the vibrator motor is a very small bit scratchy sounding, but that could be what they sound like from stock, hard to tell. I'm using it with a T-Mobile sim an everything seems to be working fine including 5G data. The Battery life does feel a bit low as if its draining much faster then it should, but again It's hard for me to tell without doing a bunch of drain tests which I do not own the equipment for doing it properly. The software reports 100% battery life (basically saying it has the same battery capacity as the listed mAh for a new battery.) The screen was very blue shifted from any of my other devices. Once again, I don't have a way of knowing if this is normal for this phone. The color can be adjusted in the settings to have a higher color temperature anyways, so it is not a big deal. ... show more
