Well I got what the description said, a Oneplus 7T but there were somethings I didn't expect. First, it didn't come with it's original box, which although I don't really care about the box, it was missing the Oneplus warp charger, I instead got some random white charger that isn't warp so it charges the phone much more slowly. My last complaint is the battery life, I know they are usually bad for used phones but this one lasts about 6 hours give or take. The phone arrived on time and it was well packaged. When I opened the package and inspected the phone it was in excellent condition. For a renewed phone, I was expected a few scratches on the back or on the display. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were no scratches on the back, display or on the sides of the phone. The phone is unlocked and was easy to setup, the battery life is great lasting for a day and a half on full charge. I would definitely be buying a renewed phone especially from this seller anytime in the future. Have not tried phone yet, need to get a SIM card and service. Phone looks like new, very slight abasions, but what do you expect. Only thing I wonder is why was the inside box wet and the outside Prime sealed box dry. Phone seemed dry. Maybe the shipper, UPS, left the box in a puddle in their facility. Had to mention.     • Great phone, No lightening charger
The phone has been great so far, can't tell that it's "renewed" and definitely worth getting vs paying $700 new. It worked on the cell network no issues right when the SIM was put in. Easy set-up and lots of ways to customize. The one thing I don't like compared to my older model is the vibration. I slept through my alarm because with vibration is very subtle even on the high setting. Also, the charger is NOT the lightening charger as described. I use this phone on a T-Mobile prepaid plan. Works well, no issues. While unlocked, it does have a pink T-Mobile boot screen.

Nice phone, was in great condition, fingerprint reader had a couple different patterns you can use and works great.If you're having issues with texting you WILL have to get a NEW sim card from your carrier, other than that the phone is Awesome!
