The phone wasn't bad but my low score is aimed toward my experience with the seller more than the phone itself. For a few days I thought the phone was broken and I could not get the seller to respond. It came with a charger where the base had it's outer plastic falling off. I snapped it back together figured who cares. The phone was completely drained and did not turn on. I plugged in the charger and it displayed the message battery too low to turn on. I let it charge for 24 hours and still got the message. This is when I contacted the seller thinking the phone was broken. I still have not heard back 2 weeks later. Luckily my coworker suggested I use a fast charger and it worked. Thank God as this seller would have left me high and dry if it actually was broken. I feel like they could have at least let me know to try a different charger so I wasn't worried for a week about throwing a couple hundred dollars in the trash. I warm anyone who considers this seller to go into it knowing you will not be able to return an item if it shows up defective. ... show more

I am really unhappy with this product the phone is great but job did not say it would come with a huge gouge in the screen and no dash charger and when I complained about it you did not even respond to the dash charger nowhere in the item info says it scratch or dented and comes with a generic charger that takes 6 hours to charge the phone ... show more
