Ordered as a replacement for an old OnePlus 5T. This refurbished unit was in like-new shape; the screen is bright and vibrant, the case is free of scratches or blemishes. The user interface was snappy and responsive. It took my T-Mobile SIM card and joined the 5G network without any issues. Good value for the price. Seems to have good battery life, a benefit of the slightly larger cell. Of course I immediately unlocked the bootloader and converted it to a custom ROM. This device now runs an official LineageOS image, and does it quite well. I'm enjoying the improved camera, larger storage and faster processor. I can get up to 2 days out of the battery with modest usage. The screen-based fingerprint sensor is a little slower than the ceramic sensor on the OP5T, but I got used to it quickly. It's a worthy upgrade over the OP5T. Of course it has its quirks. Nevertheless, I can see being happy on this platform for several more years to come. My only concern is being able to replace the USB port or battery, when they will inevitably need it. This phone NEEDS a case. The profile is slim, and the raised boss for the camera module sticks out like a big nose. The texture of the back case is a little too slippy in my hands. Even a $10 TPU shell helps, and will.protect the rounded screen edge. I went with the Spigen one, and am really happy with it. ... show more

Purchased it February the 28th and on August of 31st it died! I've used OnePlus for the better part of a decade and this will absolutely be my last one. I'm switching to iPhone. This piece of junk should cost no more than 350 bucks tops! The phone itself is built for crap and the new Android overlays absolutely abysmal. Its worse then the Samsung and other overlays. The Android OS itself is now completely riddled with Google BS and data mining that just drains your battery instantaneously. ... show more

At $200+ off a brand new 1+ 11, this listing was perfect for my needs. However, because of the referbished nature of the product (I knew this going in) it does not come in the original box or with any of the useless warranty junk. The seller also includes a brand new SuperVOOC charger and cable. Though, with my unit I was given the Chinese 100w variant, but if you are in North America you will be able to use it as the powerpoints are compatible. What I did not expect, is that this is not running OxygenOS 13 like the brand-new 1+ 11 ships with. This is running crDroid, a lightweight stripped down distro of Android based of LineageOS. I was confused by this when I saw the "Mode Orange" warning when I booted the phone for the first time. The good news is, that this distro of Android is perfectly fine for usage and if you really want OOS, OnePlus has the system files available on their website, you will just have to install it yourself.
