Been using this phone for a while since I broke my OnePlus 8 a couple of months ago. This phone is a nice performance jump from my previous phone. This refurbished phone never felt like I am using a refurbished device. Came new and I love my phone. The only issue I find and also mentioned by other is, it does not come with the original charger that others have mentioned. So far so good did have a problem updating at first getting the phone to update to android 14. Hope that doesn’t continue other than that. This phone has been more than able to take care of me. I don’t need a lot in a phone for the price and the quality is good enough with android 14. It’s plenty enough for me and I am very happy with this phone. I ordered this phone for myself as a replacement of my old phone. The phone looks and functions like a brand new phone. This phone takes a high powered 125w charger to get the quickest charge. At first I get sent a regular charger. I messaged the seller and they sent me the 125w charger right away. I will definitely be buying my next phone with them. ... show more

    • Received two defective phones in a row.
The OnePlus 10t is a great phone, but whomever is refurbishing them is not. The first phone I received worked great, but had browning of the LCD (screen burn-in). Anytime there was a white background, you could see brown marks on the screen. I returned that phone for a second one. The second one showed up with the inner packaging already opened. The second phone works, but the battery lasts approximately 30 minutes. I started the initial set up of the phone with 60% battery and it died before I could get through the initial set up. Also, the pictures show a charger, but the phone only includes a generic black USB cable with no charging block. Save yourself the hassle and either buy elsewhere or buy it new. ... show more
