Since my first OnePlus phone 3 years ago (which was the OnePlus 8 5G,) I have been in love with their products and their quality they put into even their low price phones. This phone is beautiful and sleek and I think it looks so fancy and definitely looks like I paid more than $220 for it!! The phone was an excellent condition packaged wonderfully... with a high-speed charging block(I think was like 30W), AND a Cport-Cport high speed charging cable! The only indication of the phone was not brand new was a little bit of cleaning that needed to be done in a crevices or two. Really not even worth mentioning here but that's the only thing I could think of for "cons". Not a "con" for me personally but some might consider that a "con". I got the phone and it wouldn't update to the latest oxygen os version. I contacted OnePlus support and they checked the imei and determined the phone is a T-Mobile demo phone. Now I have to pray and hope T-Mobile can solve the issue.

Had scuffs on the screen when the description said there would be none on the screen. Couldn't see them after putting a screen protector on though. The fingerprint reader is very reliable, and only a tiny bit slower than the OnePlus Nord N200 5G I'm replacing. I've lived with it for a while and the battery life isn't fantastic. I'm a delivery driver (I have gps and the screen on for most of my shift) and I couldn't get through a full shift without charging it. Had one time where the touch screen stopped responding until I restarted the phone. And every week or so it does this thing where the finger print doesn't try to read and I have to press the lock button a few times to wake it up. Sometimes Google Maps takes a few seconds to figure out where you are. But I've had it for four months and those are the only issues I've had using it for hours every day.
