THIS IS AWESOME
Color: Green Size: 128GB
I wasn't sure what to expect when purchasing a "Renewed" device, but I tell you what. This thing is awesome!!! The box it came in and the charger were aftermarket, but the phone. THE PHONE is PERFECT. Not a blemish anywhere on it, front or back. Every feature works like new, very satisfied over here. THANK YOU ... show more

Awesome phone, even better price.
Color: Green Size: 128GB
Needed a new phone cuz my last one bricked after 5 years. I had a one plus 7 pro and wanted to stick with the same brand without breaking the bank. Exactly as described. Works great as it should. Could not really tell that it was refurbished.

got this to replace a Galaxy s21FE
Color: Black Size: 128GB
Got this phone to replace my wifes samsung Galaxy S21FE that she hated. We always had LG phones that were almost pure Android and they just worked. Samsung changes everything and makes a lot of normal funtions harder to do. So after using the One+ Pro9 for a year for myself I decided to get her a One+ 10 Pro and she loves it. You know what they say about happy wife. 2 years and she still loves the phone. ... show more

Non-existent battery life.
Color: Black Size: 128GB
Battery life was non-existent to the point of being useless. When I turn the phone on it had 63% battery charge, in less than 10 minutes the battery had plummeted to 5%. Could not return this phone fast enough.

Rated Incorrectly
Color: Black Size: 128GB
This one plus 10 pro was in fair condition and the battery was in ok condition, drained rather quickly.

Fantastic, with a couple flaws
Color: Black Size: 128GB
Had scuffs on the screen when the description said there would be none on the screen. Couldn't see them after putting a screen protector on though. The fingerprint reader is very reliable, and only a tiny bit slower than the OnePlus Nord N200 5G I'm replacing. I've lived with it for a while and the battery life isn't fantastic. I'm a delivery driver (I have gps and the screen on for most of my shift) and I couldn't get through a full shift without charging it. Had one time where the touch screen stopped responding until I restarted the phone. And every week or so it does this thing where the finger print doesn't try to read and I have to press the lock button a few times to wake it up. Sometimes Google Maps takes a few seconds to figure out where you are. But I've had it for four months and those are the only issues I've had using it for hours every day. Overall I would recommend this phone. ... show more

Great Refurbished Phone
Color: Black Size: 128GB
This phone was purchased refurbished in "like new" condition, and it certainly was. Not a scuff or scratch to be found, and it's worked perfectly from day one. One Plus makes a good product, and the seller provided a quality used phone.

Good for the price
Color: Black Size: 128GB
Got a renewed OnePlus 10 Pro phone for $630 before fees. The seller is not allowed to give you the original 80W VOOC charging adapters so that is one drawback - however it isn't the sellers fault. Otherwise, the screen and everything was pristine. There were some scratches on the top of the phone on the metal but my case hides it anyways. There is also something small lodged in one hole of the top speaker grille but it is barely noticeable. EDIT: I contacted the seller as the original charging speeds were not provided with the included charger. They replied that they were not really allowed to sell the OEM chargers but was willing to ship a 30W (OEM is 80W) charger to me for no cost. Really helpful! ... show more
