Was sent for delivery right away after placing my order. It only took 3 days to get the package after they mailed it. It was super heavy, about 75 lbs in the cabinet box. Was happy to say nothing was damaged with something that weighs this much. It took me about 2 hours to put all the pieces together. When I got to the fireplace installation, I had to tap my own holes for the screws to keep the fireplace from falling forward out of the cabinet. It was pretty simple for me to do. The media could not be loaded. this is a beautiful piece! came in two pieces which i expected but they came on separate days which i didn’t expect. almost asked for a refund. took about 3-4 to put together. fairly easy process if u follow the instructions. easy to read. says u need two ppl to put it together but i dit it by myself. did need help bringing it in the house. turned out super cute!! i will had to readjust one of the cabinet doors and restick the light strips with E6000 cause they fell down after the third day. ... show more

I got this as a present and I love it. My wife put it together for me while I was at work as a surprise. She said it wasn't to hard to do. I love it and love the color options it gives us. We used the heat a few times and it works surprisingly good.

I love it, no regrets, I have friends who asked me where do I buy it, and they are going to buy it. Really recommend it came with all pieces and took 2 hours to assemble it, but the product is worth it.

The media could not be loaded. I am satisfied with the finished work. Had a issue with the delivery so it took awhile to get. But it wasn't difficult to assemble. Pretty easy to do. It completes my living room. 4 stars because of the shipping issue
