By far the easiest instructions we’ve ever used. All pieces arrived in good condition with all holes drilled correctly. Pieces were numbered correctly and all hardware was inside. Arrived quickly and on time. It’s a solid piece and worth the price. My only other comment would be that it shows a true bright white on my iPad but it’s more of an antique , farmhouse white. Different devices show color differently so if you want a bright white like I did you might not be happy with this. Flames are not as high as in the Amazon picture either but still pretty. This piece of furniture is nice and heavy; not flimsy at all. It is easy to assemble. It is a lovely piece. We have ordered several pieces on line over the years and this is the best piece of furniture we have ever put together. Love the fireplace and all the options of color. Just beautiful!

Would recommend this anyone. High quality and easy to assemble! Looks amazing and the heater actually works and doesn’t just shut off from overheating like others we’ve had. We did have a minor issue and customer service sent a new replacement super fast! This is a great fireplace

Update: Fireplace was delivered in a third box (delivered one box per day, on three consecutive days), so the description stating two boxes online is incorrect. Assembly is still in progress, but instructions are easy to follow... it just takes a bit of time. The unit is very pretty, I think we'll be happy with the end result, assuming everything works as expected. Customer service has been EXCELLENT, thank you! Where is the fireplace? Received the cabinet, as stated, in 2 separate boxes and ordered shown as delivered. There us no fireplace or electrics in either one! ... show more

It’s really nice, fairly easy to assemble other than some of the stickers that label the pieces fell off so I had to match the pieces to the parts list. Also the surface is peeling already out of the box which is the worst part. Going to try to glue the edges down. UPDATE: after leaving my review the seller reached out to me and was amazing about resolving the issue’s I had. Definitely recommend them! ... show more
