Almost took one star off because the holes to screw in the sides aren’t as sturdy as the rest of the stand and the fiberboard flakes and doesn’t support the screw well. They’re out of sight though and don’t have much impact on the sturdiness of the stand. I love the way it looks and though it took a bit of time to put together it wasn’t difficult. ... show more

Easy to put together if you can follow picture directions, i built this by myself and it took a little over an hour to build. Very beautiful wood design, i was worried that it would be a cheaper compressed wood that would bow easily, but overall i was impressed with it, very farmhouse designed. Happy with my purchase. I have a 65” sitting on it and there is no overhang, i have about an inch or so on each side before overhang. ... show more

Nice looking unit, assembly required following instructions along with some mechanical ability and time. Our unit took a good four hours to assemble. I originally gave the product a 3 star review and I wrote "The disappointment is the barn style doors do not slide. They are assembled correctly however the bottom rides on a guide the top rollers do not touch the horizontal bar like they are designed to." I stand corrected. My original assembly was not correct, I had placed the door roller-brackets on the inside rather than the outside. I have now corrected the assembly and have adjusted my rating. ... show more

This stand comes unassembled. I could tell that the stand is very sturdy as you piece it together. The hardware is semi-glued to cardboard and had extra pieces. I would suggest using your own screwdriver. The doors slide with some minor difficulty because of the track. I would but this again.

If it didn't come damaged this would have been a nice item. Unfortunately there was damage all over. Took me 3 hours to put together, I did it by myself without any issue but I've put a couple of these together before. My low rating is due to all the damage and defective pieces and their customer service. They send a little post card telling you to contact them with any concerns but then offer no help and pass the buck onto Amazon. Amazon gave me a percentage of my money back buy the company is horrible. Had they had better customer service I would have bought all the matching pieces to the TV stand but instead I'll pay a little more and give it to a quality company. Minus the defects, the piece is sturdy and solid. It is mostly particle wood though which is quite cheap. The back panels are flimsy. They cut it and cover it in tape which looks terrible. The cam screws are uneven and look terrible as well. Not sure why they don't include white stickers to cover them up. The one door moves smoothly while the other get jammed. I have chunks of wood taken out of multiple areas and a gash in the top wood piece. ... show more
