I paint landscapes in oil and have been painting all my life. I like these "Happy Choice" super high quality straight edge brushes, and they are fairly priced. They are rated for watercolor, oil, or acrylic. In oil, which I paint with, these brushes keep their sharp chisel edge which is super nice. They are a soft brush. The brush fibers clean easily and completely and do not stain from paints. As a side note, I also cut the tips of these brushes with a tiny scissers to shape them for specific use, i.e. painting short random blades of grass. ... show more
