We love this basketball hoop, but you have to be really careful not to hang or pull on the basketball rim as it can easily snap off. The connecting plastic on our was already cracked when we received it and with a missed shot that bounced off the rim, it bent more and snapped off. We contacted customer support to report this issue and they sent us a brand new hoop with some additional instructions to secure it better. The replacement product had clearer markings on the rim to ensure it holds better. 5 stars to Lisa from customer support for her help in the process!     • Fun time until it broke
First off if this is not used improperly I'm pretty sure it would have been fine. Some friends decide to dunk on it and the hoop snapped right off. The base is solid when filled and it was fun to have around the pool

We had an issue with a piece of our hoop breaking, and they were absolutely amazing with replacing the broken parts and sending us pictures of how to make sure it is secured properly for the new one.     • Sturdiness is not good
Shortly after it was set up, someone threw the ball to make a basket and it broke the rim. Now we have to try to figure out how to engineer it to work. Waste of money 😞 Update 7/10/23: have yet to hear anything from the manufacturer. Do not buy this.
