I read all these reviews talking about how the product rips so easily, and was worried it would happen to me too. We've used the product once, since purchased. So this review is based on this use. I will add on to the review, if the status of the product changes. The product came neatly packed. There was no vinyl repair kit with it, so I assume if something happens, it cannot be repaired. We connected the splash pad to our coil hose, which made the pad to continuously try to twist. Once filled with water, the pad settled. I also put the hose in a place that would hold it without twisting much, so it wouldn't affect the splash pad. It took forever and a day to fill. We connected the hose to the kitchen sink. We do not have an outside water faucet. The water pressure *seemed appropriate*. In goes the water. When it finally filled, there wasnt enough water pressure to make the splash pad sprinklers higher than a couple of inches tall. But that was perfect. My child doesnt like shower like things, so the sprinklers here were fantastically adequate. The bottom of the pad filled with water, enough for some rubber duckies to float around, and get some cups to play and stuff. My child enjoyed this splash pad very much. We had it set on grass. I would say that is the perfect place for it. Concrete might be too hard. To empty it, it was hard to disconnect the valve from the hose, but it finally came off. It took a few minutes to drain it fully. We hung the pad on a tall, sunny place. 2 days later, there was still water in it, dripping from the valve. I dont know how to fully drain it, and I hope it doesnt cause any mold issues, but I will find out soon. Overall, my child enjoyed the time spent in this splash pad, and it was easy to use. I'd say to watch for that water pressure. Update: we have used this a few more times. I have it connected to the sink still, so the water pressure is low, but it has been a nice product. My child enjoys the time in the water, and that is a win. If it breaks after this, I wouldn't make it a negative, because it has been used a few times and it has taken a lot of jumping and walking on it (not on the outer ring, we try and stay off of that). The splash pad was tons of fun with my toddler. We would run in it and play chase and tag. We would use some water toys and go fishing for them. It was a really good time and worth the money. I will say make sure you try to put it down on an even surface because the water will start to pool to one side. ... show more

I have had this for about 2 years almost. The material seems to hold up very well. I had it stored for winter time. Just pulled it out agin and it is working great. Take a bit for the water to fill up in the sides. And if you don’t want the water to go super high up just turned on the water pressure . I like that it fills up a little in the middle great for little ones. I maker sure to get all the water out and draining at each time before storing it. This was bought for our Grandson (2 years old) in June 2022. This review is a year later July 2023 now he is 3 years old. After a year it is in great condition with the only negative thing about this splash pad being the graphics are severely faded. Other than that it is still in like new condition and works great! Zero rips, tears or defects after multiple uses with toys being thrown in it and stepped on. It is the perfect size for 1-3 children with its small footprint. It is quick to set up and can be put away after draining in 5 minutes. Rolled up it is about the size of a 1 liter bottle. Our Grandson prefers this splash pad over the pool we bought for him. Plus it uses less water & is easily cleaned. Once the outer ring is filled with water, we turn it down to a small trickle so he doesn't get prayed in the face and to cut down on the amount of water used. I would recommend this for any child up to 5 years. The depth of standing water is 2"-3" deep enough for a child to drown in so ALWAYS WATCH CHILDREN & DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED The price is extremely cheap for the quality and the years this will undoubtedly be used. ... show more

Edited to add: The customer service with this company is excellent! They were quick to respond and quick to send me a replacement splash pad. I'm hopeful that, if I'm extra careful with the connection, we'll have a summer full of fun! Would buy from them again because they're customer service is top notch! We bought this part way through the Summer since the one we bought a couple years ago gave out. Kind of disappointed by a couple things. 1: I had to buy an adapter for my hose since the threads were different from all 4 hoses we have. Not a big deal but very disappointing for my kiddos who were excited it arrived and then had to wait a few more days to use it. And really annoying that I had to spend extra money. 2: I don't feel like the design of having the hose attach on the top was the best (the other one I bought from a different company had that on the bottom), and the poor durability of that point is what is getting me to leave this review. I'm going to have to throw this splash pad away soon because the rubber where the hose attaches is breaking (see picture). If I lay the hose a specific way it doesn't gush water, but it's not worth it to me to fix it since it's such a weak point. ... show more
