Researched this quite a bit. My truck kept throwing a low vacuum leak code. I knew it wasn’t the leak detector pump. So I removed the pump and found that the old O ring gasket that was 15 years old was just flattened out. Bought this O ring and put it in. Only takes about two minutes. Solved the problem. My check engine light kept coming on with a message about checking gas cap. I had replaced the gas cap at least 3 times and it would still come back on. Works like a champ. I ordered this to fix my fuel tank venting system leak. What started with a gas cap error soon became a check engine light throwing a code for a leak in my fuel tank charcoal filter system. This little gasket fixed both problems.
