No manual, list of parts, directions, setup info, inventory list (what's in the box), inspected by ... With some searching, a manual was available on the internet/Omax site. My box had been opened and resealed ... as far as I can tell, nothing missing. Viewing head was NOT screwed on and came off when microscope removed from foam/plastic bag. The microscope is great for it's value, unfortunately it seems that the camera is not detected. I had the same issue and fixed it by plugging it to a USB hub, works perfectly fine now. Why is it fixed that way? I don't know, maybe there is some firmware incompatibility but I had the same issue with a FLIR camera and the hub does fix it. ... show more

Hi. It arrived on time and nicely packed. All parts came. When you use the low amplification lenses, the image is average quality. Difficult to have a great focus. You can have a good image, but still missing a little bit of focus to make it perfect. When you use the 100x with oil, you can focus, but when you use the micro, the image loses focus, and again, you can see a good image, but still missing a little bit of focus to make it perfect.
