  • Few minor defects when delivered
Delivered with a few minor defects, but the customer service was good and got me parts to replace everything that was damaged in shipping. Works well and looks good now.

  • Awful shock absorption, rickety feeling
I'm an avid runner and have never needed to go very high up the tiers of treadmill fanciness to be happy since I don't really have that many unique requirements. Past cheap treadmills have always been perfectly fine for me and given me no issues. This is the first time I have actively disliked a treadmill and gone through all the hassle to return it, it was so bad. Number one, whatever system they have for shock absorption is terrible and almost immediately using this machine I started getting leg injuries. Number 2, they have no preset speeds so you have to manually increment all the way up and down whenever you change. I run intervals sometimes so that means going from 7-8mph down back to 3-4 which is hugely annoying. Last, there don't appear to be options to keep the different rotating displays on just one metric, like just calories burned or run duration, it just keeps cycling continuously so if I need to track time I just have to keep checking as it toggles back and forth between time/calories and sometimes I'm not getting precise times for how fast I ran certain distances and it makes it harder to track my progress. Overall just horrible user experience for this item, I will never get this brand again. I also experienced what I can only describe as a rickety or shaky feeling on the base itself, although I know I assembled it securely I'm an engineer and reasonably handy. ... show more

  • Good value for the money
A little cheap but does the job. Struggling to program but I can manual do it just fine. Biggest frustration is the location of the stop button on the left arm. I hit it all the time and it is frustrating.

  • I'm loving it
Durable, strudy and its a great size. Putting it together wasn't bad. It took some time but it got done.

  • Dead on Arrival. Never dealing with this company again.
Arrived dead. After assembly (which is not easy considering absolutely HORRENDOUS instructions), did not turn on at all. Reported it to Customer Support. They sent us a PDF that described "troubleshooting procedures", which basically involved taking the whole apart again, removing panels, testing the cables and wires, messing with the "control board", etc... Yeah, we are not treadmill technicians and should not be subjected to this ridiculousness. Nevertheless, we soldiered on and did everything they described, only to find out that it still doesn't work, after all of the tests. Then, these Customer Support geniuses told us that it's a "bad screen" that is causing the treadmill not to turn on. I'm sorry, what? How the hell does a SCREEN affect the actual process of POWERING UP a treadmill? Ok, fine, we figured we'd humor them and agree for them to send us another screen. After more than a week (which is disrespectful in itself, because if you're trying to fix a broken product, you send items to your customers OVERNIGHT), we finally received a box with the screen. It was literally just that - screen parts, in a box. That's it. No Styrofoam, no packing materials, nothing that would keep it safe and secure throughout the shipment. The bracket was actually missing from the screen, so we had to remove the old one from the other "bad" screen" and attach it, and the "screen" itself was not even mounted on its own frame, we had to do that ourselves as well. After finally getting the screen ready to replace the old one, we realized that the cables that this new screen had soldered into it don't even match the cables that are soldered into the treadmill portion! Impossible to connect. So after wasting over a week of our time, they couldn't even send us the correct replacement part that we could use. Returned this garbage back to Amazon (thank you Amazon for awesome Customer Service in picking up this piece of junk from our house) and will never deal with company again. ... show more

  • The instructions were unclear on what to do with the wiring going to the control panel.
This is quite a sturdy machine for its size. It has a good speed range. I will probably not reach the 10 mph level, but I'd rather have and not need than need and not have. The running deck could have been a little longer, but It's fine for now.

  • The Bare Minimum
Bought this to start getting back into a cardio routine as I live in the mountains on a road with no sidewalks. It feels fairly cheap, and also somewhat narrow compared to treadmills I’ve used in the past. I walk and do some light jogging on it, but would not recommend it for actual running exercise. The heart rate monitors are a complete joke. I have triple checked they are connected correctly, but they often shock you when you go to use them, and are not even remotely accurate. My Apple watch will show my heart rate at around 180 after a long jog but the machine will read the same pulse as being around 75… This machine is for doing the bare minimum, and I regret not paying another couple hundred bucks for one I could get more use out of. ... show more
