Super easy to use, my only problem is that it is just a tiny bit too long/tall. I appreciate that this company is going out of their way to adjust to feedback. I saw complaints that this is too short, but my package had 5 sections, and even with 4 the length was more than enough (I am 6ft 3). I also like that it came with 1 extra of each of the nut bolt sets. Good attention to customer experience! As for the tool itself. I expected the angle to be wrong based on other comments, but I found it to be pretty good. The blade edges are basically saw blades, not made for a clean cut in a sweeping motion, and not that easy to sharpen. But I just needed to clear the dead wildflower stalks in my backyard, and it did a quicker job of that than anything else I own (a weed wacker might have done it but there were seedlings here and there that it tends to get blocked by). ... show more

It seem hard to tell the truth about an item without some comments coming into questions.But the truth about this is it work as it said in the discription in the advertisement, but the 40" was only 36".At 6' 3" tall those 4" mean a lot to the back. That is why I give only 2 stars.

Tool is a good design, however the handle doesn’t stay fasten tight.. I used it for 5 min and the handle was loose no matter how much I tighten it.

The first picture hides the fact that the pole is in two pieces and just hand-tightens together (the actual item has a plastic joint in which the top screws in) and it un-tightens every time you apply pressure to use it and rock back and forth.
