We didn’t realize but it must come already treated because we went to use “camp dry” on it and it beaded up and ran off. We still treated the whole thing just incase but this is a great tent. I don’t camp much.. but this one seemed too good to pass up. It’s huge inside, looks nice, not too much of a pain to set up. It’s not COMPLETELY waterproof.. it seems like a small amount… very small amount of water somehow gets through. But I like it!! I put a full size air mattress in there and still had PLENTY of room ... show more

Works fairly well for the price. However in heavy rain and wind you will notice small amounts of water coming into the tent. The stakes it came with were terrible though, I would highly recommend buying separate ones. They were really flimsy and came out during a wind storm. Disappointed. The tent poles I received a were a jumbled mess of cheap materials, They are weak and clearly not the high-quality anodizedaluminum described. Trying to set this up was a nightmare; the connections are loose and some rods already cracked. The poles bend under any pressure.Poor quality product, not as pictured. Absolutely do not recommend.
