***UPDATE**** The seller reached out to me directly after seeing my review and made it right! They sent me a replacement and I am thrilled to report that I have perfect condition stools for my kitchen. Added an updated photo of the set. Thank you so much and don’t be turned off by amazon not being willing to work with you, the seller themselves were wonderful to work with and I would absolutely order from them again. The chairs are beautiful, they are comfortable, I feel like my kids are safe in them (no fear of tipping or wobbling) and I love the color. It’s not a tacky orange like many faux leather pieces out there. It’s just a rich “leather” color. Very happy with this purchase now that the issue has been corrected. I purchased 4 of these stools (2 two-packs), and one of them arrived with stains on the faux leather. I tried to wipe them off, no luck. I contacted customer support and they said the seller won’t help, so I have to return both stools from 1 pack and repurchase. Ive already put them together so that would mean taking them apart, and going out of my way to ship it all back. The fact that this seller cannot just send a replacement part is so frustrating. If not for this issue, the remaining 3 chairs themselves would be 5 stars. Because of this issue, I can’t recommend the seller and would advise buyers to beware that they are impossible to work with.
