The media could not be loaded. I've never owned a nice flashlight until now and I'm glad I got this one. I got the 1000 lumen one with a green laser, used like new for like $55, so in extra happy. I use this at work and it's great. I like that this flashlight has multiple settings I can choose from depending on the situation. You turn it on by clicking the button. You switch from low, med, high by holding the button. And you can get "turbo" mode by double tapping the button. I like that the emitted light is even and it doesn't have that super bright spot in the middle. The main reason I wrote this review is because yesterday I dropped this light off of a scissor lift and it went flying face down 20 feet onto the ground. I was afraid it broke or had a huge dent. But when I picked it up, I tested it and it worked. There is a small dent on the front of it by the bulb, and the glass has a super minor crack that's hard to see. But it works like a charm still. *A couple quick comments* The clip is great. It grips my pocket and tool bag (tool bag is really thick material). But if you clip it onto something that is thick material like a tool bag, the little lever thing to change from flashlight to laser pointer gets flipped easily while you're taking it out and you have to change it back. The magnet works great unless the object you put it on is Shakey at all. I like the location of the button and switch and the button is good quality. The magnetic charger is great. I don't even have to pick up the charger to start the charge. I put the magnetic end near it and the charger flys onto the flashlight! The turbo mode gets pretty hot within about 30 seconds, but it's kind of a given with that amount of light and no heatsink or fan. I recommend this flashlight, especially if it's on sale!! ... show more

Bought March 2024, Stopped working July 2025. I've beat the crap out of this light for over a year. It's been dropped, dragged, run for long periods of time yet it still kept going. Long battery life and I'm talking weeks. Olight customer service is AWESOME!! I went to their website, posted a warranty issue and was shipped a new light. Received it in a few days (brand new). I was simply asked to return my old light to them. Great products with great support! Will buy more Olight! ... show more

Update, 08/25/24 This EDC light is still going strong and working perfectly. The finish is wearing off, but that’s not surprising, since I carry it all day and every day. Pros: (1) The flat shape is great for pocket carry. Most of the time, I don’t even know it’s there; (2) very bright light, especially for its compact size; (3) no “black hole” in the middle of the beam, regardless of which brightness setting it’s on; (4) rotational selector switch is convenient and easy to use, to switch between flashlight and laser function; (5) convenient power button; (6) handy safety lock function built into the power button; (7) four point illuminated battery level indicator; (8) magnet base that doubles as the charging port; (9) removable sturdy spring metal pocket clip; (10) every light is serial numbered; (11) reasonably lightweight; (12) attractive appearance; (13) ruggedly built; (14) holds a charge; (15) easy to recharge; (16) comes with a dedicated and strong magnetic charging cord. Cons: (1) If the light is left unlocked and the power button is accidentally activated, with the light at its brightest setting, the light beam gets hot enough to burn skin and/or clothing. I’ve put this to the test and was disappointed to find that there’s either no proximity system, or it’s malfunctioning on both of my Arkfeld lights; (2) I’ve had this Arkfeld light for just under three months and the finish is already wearing off at and around its base, even though I only carry it in my pants pocket. This is one of two Arkfeld lights I own, and both show significant signs of finish wear. This matters little to me, as it doesn’t affect the performance of the light, but it’s worth mentioning; (3) the brightness of the laser beam is a great pointer when used indoors, but not as effective for daytime outdoor use. In summary: No matter how great a flashlight might be, it’s worthless unless you have it handy when you need it the most. Due to the convenient shape, size, and weight, this is an excellent EDC light. I would recommend this light to a friend. ... show more
