This is actually my second OLEVS watch. I've owned another one with a full silver stainless steel band for over a year now, and it's still working perfectly. That experience made me comfortable trying another one from the same brand. I'll be honest, I have no idea what all three chronograph sub-dials are for, and I've never needed them. All I really care about is whether the watch keeps accurate time, feels good on my wrist, and looks good when I wear it. This one checks all three boxes. The watch keeps accurate time, feels sturdy, and has a classic design that works just as well with everyday clothes as it does with a business suit. The blue dial gives it a sharp look, and overall it looks more expensive than its actual price. The only adjustment for me was the silicone band. I'm used to the stainless steel bracelet on my older OLEVS watch, so the rubber strap felt a little different at first. After wearing it for a few days, though, I got used to it and found it comfortable. Bottomline, it is a stylish, dependable everyday watch without spending hundreds of dollars, I think OLEVS offers very good value. I have been very happy with this watch. The large face gives it a bold, modern look, and the black silicone band pairs nicely with the stainless steel bezel. It has a sporty style that still looks polished enough to wear with casual or business casual clothing. The overall design feels well balanced and stands out without being too flashy. One thing I really appreciate is how comfortable it is to wear. The silicone band is flexible and lightweight, making it easy to keep on throughout the day. The watch face is easy to read, and I like having the date display along with the chronograph styling. The luminous hands are also a nice feature when checking the time in lower light. Overall, the watch feels solid and well made. There are a couple of small downsides though. The larger case may feel a bit oversized for someone who prefers smaller watches. I also noticed that the silicone band tends to attract a little dust and lint, so it benefits from an occasional quick wipe. The most notable thing about this watch is the beautiful blue color of the face. It is somewhat metallic and against the black bezel the contrast is excellent. It’s easy to tell time also with this color combination. The bezel rotates in one direction which is handy to use as a timer. There are three complications or sub-dials on the face that are activated by the buttons on either side of the crown. Two of the sub-dials function as a stopwatch (seconds & minutes). The third sub-dial is a 24 hour indicator for AM/PM. There is also a date window between the 4 and 5 o’clock hour markers. The hour markers are slightly raised with the chrome outline. There is some depth to the face as typical with diver type watches. However, do note that this watch is only mildly water resistant and won’t be suitable for snorkeling or diving. This watch is ready to wear out of the gift box it comes in. The silicone type rubber band / strap is very soft and even a little stretchy. It’s easy to put on and remove this watch because the band is a little stretchy. It’s super comfortable to wear this watch because it’s not very heavy and the band is so soft. I think this medium / typically sized diver type watch is a very nice look for casual wear and also possibly something a little more formal because it’s not overly big or active with a lot of exaggerated design work.     • Great Watch with a Band That Works Better for Me

I tried another version of this watch with the stainless steel bracelet, and while I liked the watch itself, I have a sensitivity to metal bands. This version with the silicone strap solves that problem perfectly. The watch has a sharp, sporty design with a large face that's easy to read. The chronograph layout gives it a nice appearance without making it feel cluttered, and it looks just as good with casual clothes as it does with something a little dressier. The silicone band is comfortable, lightweight, and much better suited to everyday wear in my opinion. It also makes the watch feel a little less formal, which I actually prefer. Overall, this is the version I would choose. You get the same attractive watch but with a band that's more comfortable for all-day wear, especially if, like me, metal watch bands don't agree with your skin. ... show more

OLEVS brand watches continue to impress me, and this model is no exception. Despite the fact that it ended up having a smaller "appearance" on my wrist than expected I can't change the fact that this is a really great looking watch and it is extremely comfortable on the wrist. The dial has a beautiful luminous finish, and I will warn that it's not the easiest dial to read due to the light colors, however I don't mind that at all. The silicone band is super comfortable and paired with the black bezel it really gives it a sporty yet elegant look. It has kept absolute precision time since I first set it, and I think it has a perfect light but not too light weight to it. Overall, I would highly recommend this piece, and I don't think it's a bad value at the current $75 price point. ... show more
