This watch has a rich looking design and the craftsmanship looks beautiful. The functions are basic. It has time, date, and a stopwatch. There are no batteries or apps needed with this watch as it has both an auto-winding and manual wind on the stem. There are three buttons; one button starts and stops the stopwatch, one button resets the stopwatch, and the stem is used to wind, pull out one stop to set the time, and pull out two stops to set the date. While it works and looks great, I do have a couple of issues. The instructions could use a review since the grammar is often not correct. The instructions include multiple watch faces but the one that I have is not shown. There is one that has three buttons and the instructions for that one worked with my watch. The band is very nice but is a little tricky to adjust with the tool provided. Also, the size of the band is adjusted by removing links but for my wrist, one size was a little too large and removing a link made it a little too small. I chose the silver and gold design with the silver face background. The numbers and hands are gold so there is not a lot of contrast making it hard to read in lower lights. The hands are supposed to glow at night but I haven't seen it. Overall, if you are looking for a nicely styled dress watch, I would recommend this one. ... show more

The first watch that I ordered I could not adjust the date and it would not keep accurate time. It was defective. I ordered a replacement and it was a little bit better. When you pull out the crown, you have to be extra gentle otherwise you can very easily go pass the adjustment for the date. It's lightweight and comes with a tool so that you can adjust the links on the bracelet. ... show more

My initial thoughts about this watch is that it is a decent quality piece and met all of my expectations in it's value market. I've actually evaluated that I really like this watch and I think I would buy this quality of watch, in this value market, again. Feel and Fit. This is a nicely made stainless steel wristwatch that stands out as a visually satisfying casual watch, but I really like it as more of a stylish dress-watch. After sizing the watch I found it to be a little tight, so I had to revise the sizing several times to get a pleasing fit. I was particularly impressed with the inclusion of a tool to adjust the size of the watch and I was able to find an adequate size to fit my slightly larger wrist. This watch can be sized up or down to fit extremely small to quite large wrist sizes. This watch had a quality feel, with no sharp edges or uncomfortable protrusions. I felt it was a pleasurable wear and will continue to enjoy it. -I found that the crystal scratched quite easily. In fact, I was unfortunate and scratched the crystal on the first day that I wore it. I don't know what caused the scratch, but however it was done it was easily so. -I did have to reset the time several times. I'm not sure if it was a battery issue, or a mechanical issue. I will say that in the past i've been dissatisfied with the included batteries in watches and I might suggest having this battery replaced with a quality watch battery when you purchase it to ensure the life-span and accuracy of the watch. I have compared this watch to several others that I've purchased. I've easily made the assumption that this watch is slightly premium and has impressed me even when compared to some of the more expensive watches that I own. Quality and Design. (Purchased the black variant) I like the quality of the watch, it has a slightly heavier feel, but still sort of light when compared to my other watches. I prefer a heavier watch, so it was nice to get a similar quality. Design wise, I think the minimal design, particularly this design with a stainless steel body, textured band, and glow in the dark hands has really made this a piece that I can count on for years to come. This design has an updated look that pairs nicely with the times. I don't feel like it looks "dated", and I really like it. Functionality Like I mentioned above I had an issue with the time and had to reset it. I don't know why this happened but it seems to have been working correctly since. I will again suggest replacing the included battery with a quality watch battery to ensure functionality. Overall, this watch was easy to set and all of the functions worked as expected with no issues at all. Personally I really love this watch and I think that I would suggest it to anyone looking for themselves or even as a high quality gift for someone important to him/her.
