Had the product about 5 months wore it maybe once a week dropped it on the carpet one day the back poped off contacted support told me nothing they could do about it to buy a new one. Bought another one from a gift card so I bought two like a crazy person and the second one has now broken after only owning it for 5 months the second hand has come loose and fallen off and now it is stopped taking time do yourself a favor do not buy these products they don't support them they don't warranty them and they are clearly not made very well. ... show more

This is a very beautiful and useful watch for the price. Not only does it look good, but has many features that are useful on a day to day basis. Unlike other premium brands, despite being a mechanical watch it is not absurdly overpriced. My only gripes with this watch is that it outpaces time at a rate of 30s-3min every day if you keep it wound and that when changing the time, there is a lot of dead space, meaning you turn the crown but the time hands dont move. ... show more
