We had a hell of a time putting it together, screws didn't always match up and we had to use a dremel tool to make clearance in some spots for washers. Got it together finally though. My husband and I are big big, so I was worried about sturdiness.. so far only one board broke because direct pressure was put on only that one board instead of spread out over 2-3 boards at once. Customer Service was really fast to respond and are sending me a few (I requested more just in case). We're pretty cautious with getting in and out of it by making sure again that not a ton of pressure is put on one board individually anymore, but other than that, we've had it for a few months and no other issues. ... show more

Got this on a Prime day deal! I was a little concerned if quality would be good because it was a low price for a wood bed. It came in quick with no issues. Was impressed at the start with the thickness and sturdiness of the wood. It was easy to put together in about an hour or so. Once together the sturdiness was superb! I think my daughter(probably even me) could jump on this bed and it would have no issues. Loved that the mattress slats set just below the height of the sides, this makes the mattress secure on the bed with no issues of sliding off the frame. Super Happy!! ... show more

Pregnant woman review: We’ve had this bed frame since July of 2020. I purposely waited to write this review. Here’s the truth: if you need a good bed, this is it! This isn’t the best bed frame ever, but I did not expect that for the price. It is sturdy, but it ain’t no trampoline lol. The assembly was a pain in the ass, but that may be because my partner and I are not good with instructions... however, once we got it, it was easy!!! I am about 225 at the moment and my partner is 6’2 and the bed works for us. We use it with a mattress that’s like $300 on here with a memory foam topper from Big Lots. Bed is stable and works well. Had a little bit of trouble putting it together in the beginning as it had incorrect directions in a couple of parts. Otherwise, relatively ‘easy’ to assemble.

    • Beautiful Frame - Cheap Product, Falls Apart

The wood color is fantastic and I like the design of it. However, while putting it together we noticed that the wood was uneven, wouldn’t straighten during assembly, and the beams are REALLY thin. After 2 weeks of having the frame, we noticed that the bed rocked and swayed just from getting into bed. The frame was falling apart from underneath us from the uneven boards, cheap wood beams, and loose fitting screws. Definitely not worth $200. It feels very dangerous and we cannot rely on it due to the quality of it. We will be returning it for something that we know will provide proper support and is long lasting. ... show more

Pros: bedframe is sturdy, definitely the sturdiest frame for a king bed at this price range. Looks just like the photo. Cons: The directions were wrong. Made the whole building process a pain in the a**. The instructions literally told us to do somethings backwards. But if you have your own tools, and some experience with building simple furniture you can figure it out as you go. The hardware isn't the best. Some of the holes were off center which made assembly difficult. We called Amazon about this issue and they were kind enough to help us out. Great customer service. ... show more

This bedframe is a great value. It looks nice, easy to assemble with one person, and has been very comfortable. Sometimes wooden slat beds can sag after awhile, but this has held up nicely. The wooden posts pose a slight danger to the toes, so if you're prone to stubbing toes, a foot wrap is recommended. After about a year of use and some moving about the room, one of the support posts under the bed started to crack when tightened. A couple of emails for details and they've shipped replacement parts. They have a great warranty and great customer service. In my opinion, that makes the value even better. ... show more
