This is literally perfect for a trundle mattress. No, it doesn't fluff up much larger than when it comes out of the box. But you don't want it to! Because of it's size, you can put on an additional mattress protector, sheets, and a thin blanket, and easily push your trundle bed back under your bed. This would be a terrible matress for a regular bed. Don't use it for that! ... show more

I got this October 7th laid it flat on my new hospital bed it is now the 26th I slept on my couch until 1 day ago it never got to five inches and on one end it only got to 3" , I am sleeping ok on it, just let the company know that for some reason it never got to full height. they need to work on it otherwise I am a happy. ... show more

I got this for my sons loft bed. It’s a comfy for him. As far as the smell people keep mentioning, we didn’t have that problem the smell is the smell from something sitting in a warehouse, but after letting it sit out for 48 hours to fluff up the smell went away to. It’s a surprisingly heavy mattress and it was 5 inches thick like it claimed after it expanded. Overall a good mattress for its pricey and my son loves it. ... show more

I bought this back in May, it never expanded to the full size. It still was alright at first, but about 2 months ago my daughter started complaining about it. I laid on it and you can feel every single slat of wood of the frame under the mattress. She's 6 and 45 pounds. There's no way it should have worn that quickly. We got her a new mattress that she loves, is comfy and so far so good. This one became a dog bed. Not worth the buy in my opinion ... show more

Bought this bed for our trundle as an extra bed. The kids all want to sleep on it. It’s so comfortable. Good all around. Only downside was it had a strong mold smell, I’ve aired it out for a couple weeks and it’s a bit better but still has a smell
