Discover the perfect growing solution for your cacti and succulents with Old Potters High Porosity Mix, specifically engineered to meet the needs of plants requiring exceptional drainage and air flow. This professional-grade substrate, ideal for small pots of 4 inches or less, combines high-quality Canadian sphagnum peat moss and coarse perlite to foster robust root development and optimal health. Why Choose Old Potters High Porosity Mix? Superior Drainage Capacity: The extra coarse texture of the mix prevents waterlogging and promotes significant drainage, essential for succulent and cactus health. Excellent Aeration: Large peat chunks and ample perlite increase the soil’s air capacity, which encourages healthy root growth and nutrient uptake. Balanced Soil Chemistry: With a carefully maintained pH and low electrical conductivity, this mix ensures your plants receive the right balance of nutrients without the risk of burn or deficiency. Easy Water Management: Whether using sub-irrigation or overhead watering techniques, the included wetting agent helps distribute water evenly, reducing waste and improving hydration efficiency. Old Potters High Porosity Mix is not only a high-performance soil choice for your cacti and succulents but also versatile enough for use with bedding plants, flowering plants, foliage, and more.
