I've been using a "total body Castille bath bar" for a few years since we are reducing our plastic waste. But when my skin and hair were getting too dried out, my dermatologist suggested using a soap with skin softeners. I've always liked Oil of Olay, so thought I'd try the bar soap with Shea butter. I was hesitant to use it on my hair, but I love it! It makes my hair silkier! I go a few days between washings but do use it daily as a bath bar and my skin is not so dried out.
