I bought this for my son who's autistic for Christmas I got the 6v because I thought the slowness would be perfect for a first timer so I decided to open it up right now dec 17th, as an early Christmas present because I know how much he likes trains The details says that this train is suitable from 18 months to age three up to 55 lb My son is three and is 35 lb and the train does not work he has to push it with his feet in order for it to go it constantly gets stuck and does not move I have to push the train in order for it to even work at first I thought maybe it was my rug that was making it not work like I needed a hard spot so I moved it to my tile and no nothing still the same it's a very disappointing this is more for just age one and I would say a maybe a small preemie toddler from 15 lb to 20 lb but definitely not for a normal toddler who is 35 lb it's kind of false advertisement and the train is super mini if you want a train for your child I would look elsewhere and find a train that is maybe 12v and not 6V that is suitable for a normal size toddler. Now I'm looking again for another train that I can get in before Christmas if I'm lucky. I wish you all luck and hope this helps. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This was a Christmas gift for my toddler son. He loves trains. He was beyond excited to get it. Unfortunately, one of the wheel wasn’t spinning and it kept stopping. That was frustrating him. However, when I reached out to the seller, they responded immediately and sent a replacement immediately. I got it in a couple of days. Exceptional service. It’s a great buy. You can ride on track or on the floor. My son also likes the small compartment. He puts his other toy trains in there. Like I said he loves trains. Highly recommend this product. If there’s one thing I could change that would be to have the Go button be on/off instead of press-and-hold. Since my son is young, he doesn’t realize that he needs to hold it down. But he’s slowly getting it.

Bought for my Son, he loves this train, how ever my feet does not. He refuses the tracks and always trys to run over everyone's feet 🤣. Over all 100% worth it. Built good. Loud, I'm okay with it so i know when hes coming so I can pick my feet up.
